The Robin's Rave - Christmas Robin Card

Designed and printed in England.

All cards are printed on 350gsm uncoated white card, with a plain white envelope.

Card size: 15cm x 15cm. Envelope size: 15.5cm x 15.5cm.

Single cards are cello wrapped to keep them in perfect condition, unless you ask otherwise.

Card packs contain 8 cards and 8 envelopes, wrapped together to protect them in transit.

Card bundles are wrapped in quantities of up to 10 cards.

All multi-card orders are sent in sturdy, letterbox-friendly cardboard packaging.

Delivery: Mainland UK delivery is included on every order, with no minimum spend. This covers single cards, card packs, card bundles, handwritten cards, prints, canvases and notebooks.

Postage: Card orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. Tracking is available on request.

Dispatch: For card orders, please allow up to 5 working days. Prints and canvases are treated separately and are made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days from placing your order.

Card offers: 10 cards for £15, 20 cards for £25, 40 cards for £40, all include delivery.

Delays:                                                                        If an order is delayed for any reason, or we are awaiting new stock, we will notify the customer with any updates as soon as possible. If acceptable to the customer, we may offer a similar alternative to any one single card not in stock. Or we will ask the customer if they are happy to wait for their original order. Or if they prefer any cards not in stock to be followed on and posted separately.

Returns & Refunds:                                                         Please notify us by email of any returns (with a photograph if the product is damaged) within 7 working days after the day of delivery.

The product must be returned to us with suitable protective packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we will either offer the customer a free replacement product, to the same value, or a full refund including any return postage incurred by the customer to us.
