The O'Dears reindeer Christmas Card Pack

Designed and printed in England.

All cards are printed on 350 gsm uncoated white card with a plain white envelope.

Card Size: 15cm x 15cm.

Envelope Size 15.5cm x 15.5cm

Individual cards are cello wrapped to provide consistent quality and prevent damage, unless otherwise stated by the customer.

Card bundle offers are carefully wrapped once in quantities of 6, or 10 cards, to prevent moisture and damage while in transit.

Card bundles are boxed in letterbox friendly cardboard packaging for delivery.

Fulfilment/Postage: Please allow up to 5 working days.

Postage: Orders are mailed using Royal Mail 2nd class post. All orders are trackable upon request.

Delivery: Delivery is included on all card order offers of £15.00 and more:

10 cards for £15

20 cards for £25

40 cards for £40

Single cards 1- 9 have 2nd class post added. Handwritten cards are £4.50 inc delivery.

Delays: If an order is delayed for any reason, or we are awaiting new stock, we will notify the customer with any updates as soon as possible. If acceptable to the customer, we may offer a similar alternative to any one single card not in stock. Or we will ask the customer if they are happy to wait for their original order. Or if they prefer any cards not in stock to be followed on and posted separately.

Returns & Refunds: Please notify us by email of any returns (with a photograph if the product is damaged) within 7 working days after the day of delivery.

The product must be returned to us with suitable protective packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we will either offer the customer a free replacement product, to the same value, or a full refund including any return postage incurred by the customer to us.
