Delivery

Card purchases of 12 (non personalised) cards or more, have delivery included throughout mainland UK on orders over £15. Single cards up to 12 cards attract postage at current rates. 

Preselected card packs of 8 cards for £10 have delivery included.

The standard delivery charge for other gift products is £3.95 (per order) with free delivery for orders over £30.

Personalised cards and notebooks have postage added at the current rate defined at checkout when ordering. 

All (non personalised ) card orders are mailed using Royal Mail 2nd class post. All personalised cards and notebooks are mailed using Royal Mail 1st class post.

All orders over £30 are mailed out with APC overnight couriers. 

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail, or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the unused goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please return to:

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
